Die Waldbaude liegt idyllisch an der hier noch bachähnlichen Sehma auf 750m im Sachsenforst auf dem Fichtelberg. Von hier aus starten Sie im Winter wie im Sommer ins Freizeitvergnügen. Im Winter ist die Talabfahrt aus dem Fichtelberg Skigebiet von Oberwiesenthal direkt bis auf das Grundstück möglich.
Neudorf ist die südlichste Gemeinde im Sehmatal, 12 km von Annaberg-Buchholz entfernt im Obererzgebirge. Der Ort schlängelt sich im Tal des Flüßchens Sehma in einer Höhenlage von 650 bis 800 m dahin.
